Michael Mogridge, a local resident with extensive project and management experience, is our dedicated business manager. His deep understanding of the area and proven expertise ensure seamless project execution and outstanding client satisfaction.

Site Manager

Jon joined us in 2022 to support our expanding SouthWest operations. Residing in the region, he manages local projects and has built strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. His excellent people skills and problem-solving ensure smooth project progress and exceed client expectations.

With over 20 years of experience in the SouthWest construction industry, Eli is an expert Site Manager at Byte Construct Southwest. Eli's successful new build programs include the Margaret River Men's Shed and Caltex Service Station, and he has extensive experience in custom architectural residential projects such as Calgardup Road and Wilderness Road.

Project Administrator

Ryan is a collaborative team member with experience in refurbishment and fitout projects. With a BSc in Construction Management from Curtin University, he has worked on various projects such as Augusta Volunteer Fire & Rescue Service and Western Power Margaret River Depot. Ryan also holds qualifications in Bobcat operation and First Aid.

Accounts Manager - HR - Payroll

At Byte Construct, Colette has been an essential member of the team since 2011, serving as the Accounts Manager. Her primary responsibilities include processing of sub-contractor and creditor payments, and comprehensive financial reporting. Colette's in-depth knowledge of accounting systems make her an indispensable asset to the Byte Construct team.
